A Brief History

Our introduction to coffee roasting came in 2009 when we had the opportunity to purchase a small batch coffee Diedrich coffee roaster.  With no prior experience roasting coffee we developed a unique approach to roasting coffee that emphasizes development of the roast stages to achieve optimal roast characteristics.  Over the years we have refined our process to emphasize coffee characteristics based on categorization between light, medium, and dark roasts.
